Mr. Ali Acerer ;
Founder

The founder and the leader of the company, who laid the foundations of todays BOGAZICI Shipyard many years ago,was born on 01.04.1940 in Nevsehir / Turkey.

By his considerable experience in ship trade, shipbuilding and other segments of maritime industry since 1980, he had taken many significant steps for development of the company and the company is now known as a reliable company in the sector. 

He used to look after and manage all marine contractings, financial and legal aspects of the company’s business.

He was not retired until his last day at his company, and passed away on 08.04.2017.

Mr. Bilgehan Acerer
Chairman

Being a Metallurgy Engineer and primarily involved in marine related metal business since 1990, mainly focused on marketing and sales of ships and essential contribution to the business handled by the company.

Mr. Sukru Fazıl Uzun ;
Vice Chairman

Being a Naval Engineer, has involved in designing and constructing more than 40 ships. Such experience allows him to understand the both market and customer needs in ship building and ship trade business.

Mr Yusuf Karahasan ;
Technical Manager

Being a Marine Chief Engineer in marine industry since 1985, is primarily responsible for construction of ships as the Techical Manager of the company.
